Since the (then European) GDPRs were introduced in 2018, there is no doubt that the consequences of potential fines and bad publicity pushed the protection of personal data higher up the risk agenda for most businesses. There was and still is a lot of confusion around the law for businesses. For example, a common misconception is that consent is needed to process personal data a lot more than is often the case (See our Consent blog here).
We’ve designed a series of videos to break down the GDPRs to take businesses on a journey to explain the law in layman’s language. We’ll be starting with GDPR First Steps, a series of mini videos taking businesses logically step by step through the whole of the GDPRs.
We’ll then limber you up to a GDPR Walkthrough Series to build on the First Steps and for those that want to really get into the nitty-gritty, we’ll do some GDPR Jogs.
We look forward to seeing you on our GDPR journey.
